When I took over the management of the farm years ago, I simultaneously made the decision to do everything in my power to raise the level of quality as high as possible. To achieve the goal, I invested in technology and knowledge, but above all, I listened to my instinct, which is also reflected in the character of our wines. Good wine can be made with the help of a textbook, but great wine requires heart and soul.<\/p>\n

In 2017, next to our wine cellar, we arranged a pleasant room for tastings, where we can accommodate groups of up to 20 people. The tasting room is equipped with an interesting massive table and furniture made of old wine barrels, with pleasant ambient lighting, and is complemented by a bar and an exhibition area with the entire range of our wines.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Our wine tasting always takes place in a relaxed atmosphere and many entertaining stories. We adjust the tasting according to your wishes and knowledge of wines. You will get to know the wines in detail during the tasting, as the tasting is always led by the winemaker personally.<\/p>\n

The tasting is usually accompanied by dry-meat delicacies. On special request, traditional Vipava jota can also be prepared. We are also available with advice for visiting nearby restaurants and tourist farms.<\/p>\n

Our wine tasting always takes place in a relaxed atmosphere and many entertaining stories. We adjust the tasting according to your wishes and knowledge of wines. You will get to know the wines in detail during the tasting, as the tasting is always led by the winemaker personally.<\/p>\n
